5. Might Guy

As a rival to Kakashi Hatake, Might Guy is one of the strongest in Konoha. When opening all eight gates in the Eight Gates, Guy's power increased significantly. According to Minato, it is taller than the Five Great Kage combined.

However, that's an understatement when it comes to Guy's true strength. After opening the eighth gate, he was able to fight Madara's Six Paths, which speaks volumes about Guy's abilities. 4. Uchiha Madara

Madara is one of the most powerful shinobi of all time in the entire Naruto series. As a member of the Uchiha clan, Madara possessed incredible strength. Due to his constant thirst for power, Madara overcame the regular Kage by awakening the Rinnegan's power, and eventually became the Ten-Tails' Jinchuriki.

3. Hatake Kakashi (2-eyed Mangekyo Sharingan)

After having Obito Uchiha's Mangekyo Sharingan in both eyes, along with receiving the Six Paths chakra, Kakashi Hatake became one of the most powerful shinobi of the series. His strength increased significantly, even being able to compete with Kaguya Otsutsuki in battle.

In fact, Kakashi is one of the few characters to hurt Kaguya with his strength. Although the strength was only temporary, at that time, Kakashi was almost invincible.

2. Uchiha Sasuke

Sasuke is the strongest Uchiha clan in the Naruto world, and one of the most skilled shinobi known. His strength only Naruto Uzumaki can withstand in a battle. Sasuke was even able to overwhelm Madara's Six Paths during the Fourth Shinobi World War.

Right now, Sasuke was definitely much stronger than the average Kage level. He is at a level where he can fight against Otsutsuki gods like Kinshiki and Momoshiki.

1. Uzumaki Naruto

Naruto is the strongest known shinobi in the history of the series, quickly surpassing both Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha. Although the road to becoming Hokage was quite difficult, Naruto finally achieved his goal many years after the war ended.

When it comes to strength, no shinobi except Sasuke can match him. Naruto can fight on par with gods like Momoshiki Otsutsuki. In the future Boruto series, the Seventh Hokage will probably be even more powerful.
